The upper floor features the grand master bedroom suite with balcony and 2 symmetrical bedrooms with en suite bathrooms overlooking the front.
The property also included the restoration of an original 1926 2 story structure that features double garage and an in-law loft suite on the upper level.
The project was build out of structural steel panels and is hyper-insulated with a metal roof to further improve energy performance through reflection. It is fully energy independent with PV panels, and all native plans and a water filtration system add to the sustainable features of the home.
